Everything here is made-to-order just for you. Because each item is unique and produced only once you buy it, we have a strict No Returns policy for change-of-mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the size charts before you commit.

Damaged or Defective Items If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain broken, we’ll make it right. We take full responsibility for manufacturing errors.

  • The Window: You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

  • The Proof: Email us a clear photo of the damage/error along with your order number.

  • The Fix: We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Hating is a commitment—please choose your size wisely.

Lost in Transit If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, reach out and we’ll investigate. If it's lost, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
